医用设备管理档案化的探讨

Medical equipment archives management by the concept of life cycle,from application,demon-stration,procurement,inspection,use,maintenance,strong inspection to reported losses constitute a complete life-line,the electronic card file tracking management,equipment for each set of files are created for dynamic manage-ment,optimization of equipment management system,raise the level of equipment management,play the effect of the actual role of archives management,so as to enhance the equipment efficiency,the quality of medical services, resulting in better social benefits and economic benefits,enhance the overall capacity of the hospital.%医用设备档案化管理采用生命周期理念，从申请、论证、采购、验收、使用、维修、强检至报损构成一条完整的生命线，通过电子卡片档案跟踪式管理，为每一台设备建立档案的动态管理，优化设备管理制度、提升设备管理水平、发挥档案管理实际作用的效果，从而提升设备使用效率、医疗服务质量，产生更佳的社会效益和经济效益，增强院的整体工作能力。
