为了将基于IEEE 802.15.4a的工业无线网络和典型工业以太网同时集成到现场总线Profibus-DP中,设计了主从式结构化层的新型异构网络集成架构和多协议转换模型,提出了虚拟从站映射的多协议转换方法,并开发了多协议网关.同时,利用WinCC、WebAccess等组态监控软件,构建了针对发电过程实验平台的有线/无线异构网络测控系统.试验结果表明,测控系统能够准确地实现数据监控,从而验证了工业有线/无线异构网络测控系统集成设计的可行性.%In order to integrate both the industrial wireless network based on IEEE 802. 15. 4a and typical industrial Ethernet into popular fieldbus Profibus-DP, the novel heterogeneous network integrating framework based on master/slave structural layers, multi-protocol conversion model, and multi-protocol conversion method based on virtual slave station mapping have been designed, and multi-protocol gateway has been developed. In addition, with the configuration software, such as WinCC, and WebAccees, etc., the wire/wireless heterogeneous network measurement and control system suitable for power generation experimental platform is structured. The result of experiment indicates that the M&C system is able to precisely implement data monitoring; and verifies the feasibility of the integration design for industrial wire/wireless heterogeneous network M&C systems.
