新建硫酸厂仪表选型及安装初探

摘要

With the increasing improved of modern acid making process, the pros and cons of the design for new sulfuric acid plant gradually depends on raw material selection or the upstream technology. The acid is made by flue gas in Kunpeng copper industry sulfuric acid plant, comparing with the acid plant in the same technological process and scale, its advantages are mainly reflected in many aspects, e. g. , the progressiveness of equipment, the integrity of instrumentation control and the proficiency of personal operation. Through introducing the application of various field instrumentation of Kunpeng plant, the integrity of instrumentation control is expounded emphatically.
