核电厂温排水监测系统法规标准适应性分析

摘要

在介绍国内外关于温排水监测要求和环境影响评价程序的基础上,结合核电厂温排水监测系统的设计,分析比较核电厂温排水监测系统与法规标准的适应性. 通过对比分析可知,温排水监测系统的设计是必要的,且满足法规标准的要求. 同时,温排水监测系统可为核电厂运行环境管理提供依据,并指导温排水监测相关标准编写.%On the basis of introducing the monitoring requirements for thermal discharge at home and abroad, and the evaluation procedures of environmental impact, combining with the design of thermal discharge monitoring system for nuclear power plant, the adaptability of thermal discharge monitoring system upon regulations and standards of nuclear power plant are analyzed and compared. Through contrast and analysis, the design of thermal discharge monitoring system is necessary, and shall meet the requirements of regulations and standards. In addition, the thermal discharge monitoring system can provide foundation for operation and environment management of nuclear power plant, and guidance for composing related standards for thermal discharge monitoring.
