汽车轮胎压力监测系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

Tire pressure monitoring system ( TPMS) is one of the necessary safety devices of the vehicles, it can find out the temperature and pressure of the tires in real time, to prevent puncture, save gasoline and prolong the useful life of tires. The existing TPMS around the world are analyzed and researched, on this basis, in accordance with current standard in the States, by adopting components with better performance, the direct active TPMS is independently developed. The system implements functions including acceleration awakening, interval measurement and data sending, filter out the clutters, as well as display and alarm, etc. The result shows that the system realizes all the predicted functions, and guarantees the transmitter can be used continuously for 4 years under most extreme conditions with very low energy consumption.%汽车轮胎压力监测系统( TPMS)是机动车辆必备的安全装置之一,可实时了解轮胎的温度和压力,从而防止爆胎、节省汽油并延长轮胎使用寿命。在国内外已有的TPMS分析、研究基础上,依照美国现行TPMS规范,采用性能更好的器件,自主研发、设计了一套直接主动式TPMS系统,实现了加速度唤醒、间隔测量和数据发送、杂波滤除、报警显示等功能。结果表明,系统不但实现了既定功能,还保证了发射机极端情况下连续使用4年的极低功率损耗。
