烟丝弹性检测一般采用离线静态检测,无法实现在线动态检测.以离线检测烟丝弹性的检验方法为理论基础,研制了一套烟丝在线检测装置.该装置由测厚装置、辐射称重装置以及数据采集系统等部件组成.烟丝测厚装置通过连杆压轮升高,采用角位移传感器进行检测.烟丝的窄束称重测量采用辐射称重方法,可同时实现烟丝填充值的在线检测.烟丝弹性在线检测数学模型以烟丝弹性离线检测模型为基础,辅以烟丝含水率作为修正系数.应用效果表明:该装置具有较好的稳定性和较高的可靠性,同牌号同批次烟丝弹性在线测量值与静态测量值相比,无显著差异;同牌号不同批次烟丝弹性值除与烟丝含水率有关外,还与烘丝工序加工工艺参数相关;不同牌号的弹性值因其叶组配方的差异,弹性值之间差异显著.烟丝弹性在线检测装置的应用,为进一步实现烟丝弹性的稳定控制、有效提高烟丝的填充能力和耐加工能力奠定了基础.%The offline static detection is generally used for tobacco elasticity,and online dynamic detection cannot be realized. With the offline detection method as the theoretical basis,a set of online detection devices for tobacco elasticity is developed. The devices consist of thickness measuring device,radiation weighing device and data acquisition system,etc. Through the connecting rod being raised, the thickness measuring device of tobacco operates by using the angular displacement sensor. The radiation weighing method can realize the narrow beam weighting of tobacco and the online detection of tobacco filling value. The mathematical model of online detection for tobacco elasticity is based on the model of offline detection,and with the moisture of tobacco as the coefficient of correction. The effect of application shows that the device has good stability and high reliability. There is no significant difference between the online measurement and static measurement of tobacco elasticity for same grade and same batch tobacco. The elasticity value of the tobacco with same grade and different batches is related to both moisture content and the parameters of the drying process;because of the leaf group formulation,the elasticity value of tobacco with different grades has significant difference. The application of online tobacco elasticity detection devices lays the foundation for realizing the stable control of tobacco elasticity and effectively improving the filling capacity and resistant processing capacity of tobacco.
