高精密金属箔电阻及电阻合金箔材研究

         

摘要

金属箔电阻具有体积小、功耗低、电阻温度系数小、长期稳定性高及残余感抗小等特点,在国防军工、移动通信、汽车电子等行业得到了广泛应用,并成为国内外电子元器件研究及发展的热点.综合分析了高精密金属箔电阻及电阻合金箔材国内外研究现状,并对金属箔电阻精密调阻方法、电阻温度系数调整的理论及实践进行了介绍;针对高精度金属箔电阻的应用特点,提出了电阻体选择的依据.对高精密金属箔电阻及电阻合金箔材的发展方向进行了展望.国家重点研发计划《镍铬电阻合金箔材开发及产业化》的实施,将极大地推动我国金属箔电阻的发展.%Metal foil resistor features small volume, low power consumption, small temperature coefficient of resistance, high long-term stability, and low residual inductance. It has been widely used in the defense industry, mobile communications, automotive electronics and other industries,and become a hot spot in the research and development of electronic components at home and abroad. The research status of high accurate metal foil resistors and resistance alloy foils at home and abroad is analyzed comprehensively,and the theory and practice of precise resistance debugging method and resistance temperature coefficient adjustment of metal foil resistors are introduced. According to the application characteristics of high precision metal foil resistors, the basis of selection of resistors is put forward. The development direction of high precision metal foil resistors and materials of resistance alloy foil is prospected. With the implementation of the national key research and development program of China,The Development and Industrialization of Nickel Chromium Resistance Alloy Metal Foil,it will greatly promote the development of the metal foil resistors in our country.
