Since the new century, sub-Saharan Africa has been faced with a large shortage of teachers. Meantime, the phenomenon of teacher attrition in the region has not attracted the attention of all parties. This study focuses on features, influences and causes of teacher attrition in Sub-Saharan Africa since the new century.%21世纪以来,撒哈拉以南非洲始终面临着较大的教师缺口,而该区域的教师流失现象并未引起各方的重视.本研究主要针对21世纪初撒哈拉以南非洲教师流失的特征、影响及原因进行探讨.
