校长工作的实践形态研究--基于国际专业期刊的分析

     

摘要

本文以1996-2011年出版的三种国际专业期刊为素材,对有关校长工作实践形态的相关研究进行了系统梳理。结果发现,在当前的学校领导实践中,校长承担的职责过于繁杂,角色过于肤浅,工作实践显得支离破碎,因而造成校长无暇顾及学校的改革与发展。与此同时,随着学校所处环境的日趋复杂,校长在领导实践中遭受到的职业困境也越发突出,并相应带来校长工作心理感受的变化,校长工作过程中的心理状态不容乐观。而校长在其职业生涯变迁的过程中,也面临着一系列的变化和挑战。%Based on the papers published in three professional journals from 1996-2011, this study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the literature concerning work patterns of school principals. It shows that school principals take so many responsibilities that they have no time to engage in their leadership practice and carry out school reform. Meanwhile, with the increasing complexity of school environment, principals encounter more and more dififculties in their leadership practice. Accordingly, more attention must be paid to their psychological state in leadership. In addition, school principals have to face different challenges in their career development.
