《联合国教科文组织（2012-2015年）教师战略》述评

摘要

United Nations educational, scientific and cultural organization (UNECO) is launching the《strategy on teachers 2012-2015》, which involves the priority, action and related to teachers' educational, scientiifc and cultural organization in the role. This strategy aims at providing a priority-driven and consistent framework for the whole range of activities. In accordance, capitalizing on the previous experiences and on the applications of the TTISSA (Teacher Training Initiative for Sub-Saharan Africa) methodology and other UNESCO teacher related programmers. The following priorities drive the strategy:Teacher shortage, Improve teaching quality, Research knowledge production and Communication: Inform the global debate about teaching with comparative evidence. And put out the Implementation principles. It can provide reference and enlightenment on the development of teacher education in our country.%目前联合国教科文组织（UNECO）正在启动《2012-2015年教师战略》，这其中涉及到与教师相关的优先事项、行动方针及教科文组织在其中的作用。该战略旨在为教科文组织2012年-2015年期间开展的所有与教师相关的活动构建一个整体框架，其战略重点是向教师提供支持，促进优质学习。通过对“非洲撒哈拉以南地区教师培训行动倡议”（TTISSA）以及教科文组织与教师相关项目的使用情况的研究，教科文组织确认了推动战略的三个优先事项：教师短缺、教师质量、教学经验全球共享，并提出了实践保障。这能对我国教师教育的发展提供借鉴与启示。
