发达国家青少年社会参与的教育指导及启示

摘要

对日益兴起的青少年自组织社会参与给予教育指导，不仅具有积极的行为导向功能，更能借此契机培育中国公民的公共精神和社会责任意识，利于公民社会的发育。发达国家在青少年社会参与意识、专项计划以及保障监管等方面的教育指导经验，为我国的青少年社会参与教育指导提供了较为有效的借鉴。%Educational guidance for the social participation by the rising youth self-organization not only has a positive behavior-oriented function, but also can take such opportunity to cultivate Chinese citizen's public spirit and social responsibility that may beneift the growth of civil society. Experiences of educational guidance in developed countries like consciousness of youth social participation, special plan and security supervision etc can provide effective reference for the educational guidance for our youth social participation.
