非输血依赖性地中海贫血患者脑血管病变生物标志物S100和NSE水平观察

         

摘要

Objective To investigate correlation between serum S100 calcium binding protein B (S100B) or neuron-specific enolase (NSE), which were the biomarkers for cerebral vasculopathy, and transcranial doppler (TCD) detection in patients with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia (NTDT).Methods 50 patients with NTDT (observation group) and 50 healthy subjects (control group) were enrolled.Serum S100B and NSE protein levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels were measured by enzymatic methods.Hemodynamic changes were detected by TCD.Pearson correlation analysis was used to detect the relationships between S100B and NSE and LDH and TCE blood flow parameters respectively.Results Serum S100B, NSE and LDH were significantly higher in the observed group than in the control group (all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum S100B, NSE, and LDH among different NTDT phenotypes in the observation group (all P>0.05).The mean blood flow velocity (Vm) and systolic blood flow peak velocity (Vp) of TCD were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The level of S100B inobserved group was positively correlated with LDH, left middle cerebral artery Vm, left middle cerebral artery Vp (P<0.05).The level of NSE in observed group was also positively correlated with LDH, left posterior cerebral artery resistance index (RI), left posterior cerebral artery pulsatility index (PI), (P<0.05).Conclusions The hemodynamic characteristics of TCD were related to the biomarkers of cerebral vasculopathy, the serum S100B and NSE levels.%目的 探讨非输血依赖性地中海贫血(NTDT)患者脑血管病变生物标志物血清S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)与经颅多普勒(TCD)检测的相关性.方法 将NTDT患者50例作为观察组和健康者50例作为对照组.通过酶联免疫吸附法检测两组血清S100B和NSE蛋白水平;利用酶法检测血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平;运用TCD检测两组血流动力学变化;分析S100B、NSE分别与LDH和TCD血流参数的关系.结果观察组血清S100B、NSE、LDH显著高于对照组(均P<0.05).观察组不同NTDT表型血清S100B、NSE和LDH水平无统计学差异(均P>0.05).TCD血流动力学参数平均血流速度(Vm)和收缩期血流峰值速度(Vp)均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05).观察组S100B与LDH、左侧大脑中动脉Vm、左侧大脑中动脉Vp呈正相关(均P<0.05);观察组NSE与LDH、左侧大脑后动脉阻力指数(RI)、左侧大脑后动脉搏动指数(PI)呈正相关(均P<0.05).结论 TCD血流动力学特征与脑血管病变的生物标志物S100B和NSE相关.
