Pd-Ru/Ni(泡沫镍)作为Mg-H2O2半燃料电池阴极的研究

         

摘要

以泡沫镍为基体,采用恒电流沉积法制备了Pd - Ru/Ni(泡沫镍)催化剂.SEM表征发现,Pd - Ru粒子直径约为200 nm,均匀分布在泡沫镍骨架表面,Pd:Ru原子比为6:1.线性电势扫描 伏安法研究表明:Pd - Ru/Ni(泡沫镍)电极对H2 O2电还原反应具有较高的催化性能,起始还原电 .势可达0.84 V.常温(25℃)下,当H2O2浓度为0.4 mol/L时,以Pd - Ru/Ni为阴极,AZ31镁合金为阳极的Mg - H2 O2半燃料电池,最大功率密度为195 mW/cm2,对应的电池电压可达1.25 V.%The Pd - Ru /Ni electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition of Pd and Ru on the nickel foam surface. The structure and composition of the Pd - Ru catalysts were analyzed using SEM. The catalytic performance of Pd - Ru/Ni for H2O2 electroreduction at different concentrations of H2O2 were investigated by linear potential sweep method. The magnesium -hydrogen peroxide semi -fuel cells using AZ31 magnesium alloys as anode and Pd - Ru/Ni as cathode were assembled and tested. It was found that the fuel cell with 0.4 mol/L H2O2 demonstrats a maximum power density of 195 mW/cm2 and the corresponding cell voltage is 1.25 V.
