新活素治疗心功能不全的疗效及安全性分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of rh-BNP combined with rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients with heart failure. Methods Three hundreds patients with heart failure in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy such as cardiotonic diuresis,beta receptor blocker and ACEI drugs; the observation group was given rhBNP, started with 1. 5 μg/kg vein stosstherapy and followed with 0. 0075 μg/(kg·min) continuously pumping for 72 hours,meanwhile was given rehabilitation nursing. The clinical effect of the two group were compared. Results The overall improvement rate of observation group was 94%,obvi-ously higher than that of the control group,which was 64%,there was difference between the two group( P<0. 05). The parameters of the observation group such as urinary volume,body weight,heart rate,blood pressure,breath rate and NT-proBNP were more closer to normal value and compared with before treatment and the control group,there was ob-vious difference(P<0. 05). While the LVEF changes between the two groups were not significant. There were no ad-verse reactions of the two groups. Conclusion RhBNP combined with rehabilitation nursing has favorable effect on patients with heart failure and can improve the recovery rate and clinical rehabilitation.%目的：观察新活素配以康复护理干预在心功能不全患者治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法将我科2013年8月至2014年8月收治的300例心功能不全患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组患者主要采用常规治疗：强心、利尿、β受体阻滞剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂( ACEI)类药物等对症治疗；观察组在常规治疗的基础上,加用新活素以1．5μg/㎏静脉冲击疗法,再以0．0075μg/( kg·min)的速度持续泵入72 h,并给予康复护理干预,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的64%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。观察组患者的尿量、体重、心率、血压、呼吸频率、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)各指标明显趋于正常水平,与治疗前和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05),但两组LVEF变化情况差异无统计学(P>0．05)。两组均未见不良反应发生。结论应用新活素同时给予精心的康复护理干预,有效提高了心功能不全患者的治愈率,促进了临床康复。
