肠内营养制剂与药物经同一喂养管管饲时相关问题探讨

摘要

Objective To discuss the related issues of the enteral nutrition (EN) preparations and drug through the same feeding tube,in order or reduce clinical adverse events.Methods The main influencing factors thatcause the feeding tube clogging,the changes in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics and physicochemical property of drugs,and the increase of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Adverse events were influenced by the tube feeding technology,the nature of the drug,EN preparations,drug delivery way,flushing fluid,way of washing pipe,and its frequency.Conclusion Appropriate drug dosage forms and administration method and the correct way of washing pipe should be chosen when EN preparations and drug were fed by the same feeding tube,in order to improve the ability of clinical rational drug use.%目的 探讨肠内营养(Enteral nutrition,EN)制剂与药物经同一喂养管管饲时的相关问题,以减少临床不良事件发生.方法 分析导致喂养管堵塞、药物药效学/药动学和理化性质变化及不良反应增加的主要影响因素.结果 EN支持时管饲技术、药物性质、EN制剂、给药方式、冲管液、冲管方式及冲管频率等因素均可影响不良事件发生.结论 EN制剂与药物经同一喂养管管饲时,需选择合适的药物剂型、合适的给药方法和正确的冲管方式,提高临床合理用药能力.
