麻黄汤配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂的疗效比较研究

摘要

目的 比较麻黄汤配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂的疗效.方法 采用随机分组法将小鼠分为对照组、麻黄汤配方颗粒剂组和传统汤剂组.比较麻黄汤配方颗粒与传统汤剂对小鼠的祛痰、止咳、发汗作用的影响.结果 与对照组相比,麻黄汤配方颗粒剂组和传统汤剂组止咳效果显著P ＜0.05),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).与对照组相比,麻黄汤配方颗粒剂组和传统汤剂组均可引起小鼠腋窝空泡发生率增加,空泡汗腺增加,表明麻黄汤发汗作用明显,但两治疗组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).与对照组相比,麻黄汤配方颗粒剂组和传统汤剂组有显著的化痰作用(P＜0.05),但麻黄汤配方颗粒剂组与传统汤剂组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 麻黄汤配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂对小鼠均有较强的祛痰、发汗、止咳的作用,两组疗效无显著差异,但麻黄汤配方颗粒剂用药方便,值得在临床上推广应用.%Objective To compare the efficacy of Mahuang decoction granule with that of traditional decoction.Methods The mice were divided into control group,Mahuang decoction granule group and traditional decoction group by random grouping method.The effects on expectoration,cough and sweating between Mahuang decoction granule and traditional decoction were compared.Results Compared with control group,both Mahuang decoction granule and traditional decoction could significantly relieve the cough and phlegm (P ＜ 0.05),and reduce the incidences of axillary cavities and empty sweat glands in mice,but no significant difference was found between Mahuang decoction granule group and traditional decoction group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Mahuang decoction granule and traditional decoction have expectorant effect,and can relieve the sweating and cough in mice without significant difference in the efficacy,but the granule of Mahuang decoction is convenient to use,which is worthy of clinical application.
