Kasabach-Memtt现象的过去、现在和未来

摘要

We reviewed the traditional and modern concept of Kasabach-Merrit phenomenon ( KMP) , including their clinical characteristics with differential details among Kaposiform Hemangioendothelioma,Tufted Angioma,and Infantile Hemangioma. Based on experience of the author and key literature, medical management for KMP and future research are recommended.%介绍Kasabach-Merritt现象(KMP)的传统定义与现代发展,KMP临床特征及其和卡波西样血管内皮瘤(KHE)、丛状血管瘤(TA)、婴儿血管瘤(IH)之间的关系.结合作者经验,总结KMP诊断鉴别要点并推荐了目前的治疗方法,展望未来KMP研究方向.
