三联疗法联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的临床价值

摘要

目的 研究三联疗法联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的临床价值.方法 选取2013年2月到2016年2月我院儿童消化科收治的500例Hp感染初治患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各250例,对照组采用PPI为基础三联疗法(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林),试验组采用PPI为基础三联疗法联合布拉氏酵母菌,比较两组治疗后不良反应、溃疡治疗效果和Hp根除情况.结果 试验组Hp根除率及治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),不良反应中口腔炎、便秘、腹泻发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05),差异均有统计学意义;两组恶心、呕吐和腹痛比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 以质子泵抑制剂为基础的三联疗法联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌感染临床疗效好,安全性高,值得临床上采用.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of triple therapy combined with Brucella in the treatment of helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in children.Methods Five hundred sick children with Hp infection admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were divided into control or observation group according to the random number table method,250 cases in each group.The control group received PPI-based triple therapy (omeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin) while the observation group received PPI-based triple therapy combined with Brady yeast.The side effects,ulcer treatment and Hp eradication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total eradication rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).The incidence of stomatitis,constipation and diarrhea of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).However,the incidence of nausea,vomiting and abdominal pain was not significantly different between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Triple therapy based on proton pump inhibitor combined with Brady yeast is effective and safe in the treatment of Hp infection in children.It is worthy to be used clinically.
