超敏C-反应蛋白与肥胖儿童代谢综合征的关系

摘要

Objective To study the relationship between the serum level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and metabolic syndrome (MS) in obese children.Methods We selected 200 obese children who treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 as experimental group,and 200 cases children with normal weight as control group.The height,weight,waist circumference,total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),fasting blood glucose,and hs-CRP were measured.Results Compared to the control group,the level of hs-CRP and the MS prevalence were significantly higher in the experimental group (P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the result of Logistic analysis showed that obesity,hyperglycemia,hypertension,dyslipidemia and MS prevalence were related to the level of hs-CRP (P ＜ 0.05).The higher of hs-CRP levels were,the more incidences of MS were.The more MS components were,the higher levels of hs-CRP were.Conclusion hs-CRP is closely related to MS and MS components.Actually,it is an important symbol of MS.%目的 探讨肥胖儿童超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)之间的关系.方法 选取2012年2月至2015年2月我院筛选出的200例肥胖儿童为试验组,200例体重正常儿童作为对照组,测量两组病例的身高、体重、腰围及总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖及hs-CRP.结果 试验组hs-CRP水平高于对照组,MS患病率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Logistic回归分析显示肥胖、高血糖、高血压、血脂异常及MS发生率与hs-CRP水平有关(P＜0.05),hs-CRP水平越高,MS发生率越高;MS组分越多,hs-CRP水平越高.结论 hs-CRP与MS及MS组分密切相关,是MS发生的重要标志.
