Objective To compare the short-term efficacy and long-term prognosis between retroperitoneal laparoscopic ne -phrectomy and conventional nephrectomy for early renal cell carcinoma .Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with early renal cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into ob-servation and control group according to the time of admission ,34 in each group.The observation group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy while the control group was treated with traditional partial nephrectomy .The effects of the two treatments on the short-term efficacy,postoperative complications ,and 3-year survival were compared between the two groups .Results The operation time,recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function ,hospitalization time,postoperative drainage volume,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative VAS score were shorter or lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05).No signifi-cant difference in the 1-year curative effect,3-year survival rate and recurrence rate was found between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion No significant difference is detected in the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and conventional nephrectomy.However,laparoscopic surgery has less time,fewer bleeding,and no serious complications .Therefore,it is more suitable for patients with early renal cell carcinoma .%目的 探讨后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术与传统肾肿瘤部分切除术治疗早期肾癌的近期疗效及远期预后.方法 我院2011年4月至2014年2月收治的68例早期肾癌患者,按入院时间顺序分成观察组与对照组各34例.观察组采用后腹腔镜肾肿瘤剜除术,对照组采用传统肾肿瘤部分切除术.比较两种治疗方式近期治疗疗效、术后并发症及3年生存率.结果 观察组手术时间、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后引流管引流量、术中出血量及术后VAS评分均少于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组并发症情况、治疗1年后临床疗效、随访3年后患者生存率及复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术与传统肾肿瘤部分切除术两种治疗方式临床疗效相近,但腹腔镜手术用时少、术后出血少,且未发生严重并发症情况.
