目的 探讨补充维生素D对老年人血脂的影响.方法 我院老年科就诊的≥60岁老年病人共124例,根据血清25羟-维生素D [25(OH)D]水平分为维生素D充足组[25(OH)D≥30 ng/m L,n=60]和维生素D非充足组[25(OH)D＜30 ng/m L,n=64].检测并比较2组肝肾功能、血脂、25(OH)D水平.对维生素D非充足组进行维生素D补充治疗6个月.6个月后复查2组血25(OH)D和血脂水平.结果 维生素D充足组甘油三酯(TG)水平显著低于非充足组(P＜0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则显著高于非充足组(P＜0.05).维生素D非充足组治疗后血平均25(OH)D水平明显升高,20％的病人血25(OH)D水平达到正常(≥30 ng/m L),维生素D缺乏者(＜20 ng/m L)所占比例从73.4％降至35.9％;同时血HDL-C水平明显升高,血HDL-C≥1.04 mmol/L者所占比例从32.8％升至51.6％(P＜0.05).结论 老年人补充维生素D可显著提高HDL-C水平.%Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin D (Vit D) supplementation on blood lipids in the elderly. Methods A total of 124 patients from Department of Gerontology in our hospital were enrolled, and they were divided into two groups according to the level of serum 25 (OH) D, Vit D sufficient group [25 (OH) D≥30 ng/m L, n=60]and Vit D non-sufficient group [25 (OH) D＜30 ng/m L, n=64]. The levels of liver and renal function, blood lipids and 25 (OH) D were detected and compared between the two groups. Vit D supplementation therapy was performed in Vit D non-sufficient group for 6 months. After 6 months, the levels of 25 (OH) D and blood lipids were detected again in both groups. Results The level of triglyceride (TG) in the Vit D sufficiency group was significantly lower and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that in non-sufficiency group (P＜0.05). In non-sufficiency group, the average blood level of 25 (OH) D was increased significantly after supplementation, and the level of 25 (OH) D in 20％ of the patients of the non-sufficient group was ascended to normal (＞30 ng/m L); the proportion of Vit D deficiency (＜20 ng/m L) was decreased from 73.4％ to 35.9％; at the same time, the level of HDL-C was increased statistically, and the proportion of blood HDL-C ≥1.04 mmol/L was increased from 32.8％ to 51.6％ (P＜0.05). Conclusions Vit D supplementation can significantly raise the HDL-C level in the elderly.
