目的观察负压封闭引流（ vacuum sealing drainage，VSD）对糖尿病患者足部溃疡的疗效。方法糖尿病足部溃疡患者76例，随机分为VSD组（ n＝44）和常规治疗组（ n＝32）。 VSD组以VSD敷料进行创面处理，常规治疗组以传统外科方法处理创面，比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗14、21 d时，创面愈合率VSD组分别为33�6％和61�7％，均比常规治疗组（23�3％和34�8％）显著提高（P＜0�05）；VSD组平均住院天数为（21�16±11�38） d，明显低于常规治疗组（31�56±8�21） d （P＜0�05），而临床有效率VSD组（90�90％）明显高于常规治疗组（78�13％）（ P＜0�05）。结论 VSD在治疗糖尿病足部溃疡时具有促进创口愈合、缩短病程、提高愈合率等特点，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) in the treatment for foot ulcer in the patients with diabetes. Methods Seventy⁃six cases of foot ulcer in elderly patients with diabetes were selected and divided into VSD group ( 44 cases ) and conventional treatmeat group ( 32 cases ) . VSD group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) while conventional treatment group was treated with traditional method. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the conventional treatmend group ( 23�3% and 34�8%) , the wound healing rate of the VSD group ( 33�6 and 61�7%) was significantly increased after treatment for 14 d and 21 d respectively. The average hospital day of patients in VSD group was (21�16±11�38) d, which was less than that in conventional treat⁃ment group [(31�56±8�21) d], while the effective rate of patients in VSD group group (90�90%) was higher than that in conventional treatmeat group ( 78�13%) ( P<0�05) . Conclusions VSD can shorten the course of the disease, improve the healing rate and is expected to be widely applied in the treatment of foot ulcer in the patients with diabetes.
