目的 探究中西医结合治疗老年血管性痴呆的效果.方法 纳入研究病例为老年血管性痴呆住院病人120例,对其展开随机对照研究.以摸球法随机分为A组(接受单纯西药治疗)、B组(接受中西医结合治疗)及C组(接受中医药治疗),各40例,各组给予相应的治疗方案,30天为一疗程,进行两疗程治疗.所有病人接受长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评定,并进行组间比较.结果 经两疗程治疗后,B组HDS、MMSE评分高于A、C组(P<0.05);B组临床总有效率(97.50%)明显优于A组(77.50%)及C组(82.50%)(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,3组治疗后中医症候积分均有显著下降(P<0.05).结论 采用中西医结治疗合方案,治疗老年血管性痴呆病人疗效确切,有效提高病人生存率及生活质量,减轻社会、家庭的经济及心理负担.%Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) and western medicine on senile vascular dementia. Methods A total of 120 hospitalized patients with vascular dementia were enrolled in the study, and a randomized controlled study was conducted. The patients were randomly divided into group A ( receiving simple western medicine) , group B ( receiving TCM and western medicine) and group C ( receiving TCM) , with 40 cases in each group. The patients received two courses of treatment,with 30 days as one course. Finally, Kyohko Hasegawa Dementia Scale ( HDS ) and simplified mental state examination table ( MMSE ) were assessed and compared between three groups. The clinical effects and TCM syndromes were recorded and compared. Results After two courses of treatment,HDS, MMSE scores of group B were higher than those of group A and group C (P<0. 05);The total effective rate of group B (97. 50%) was higher than that of group A (77. 50%) and group C (82. 50%) (P<0. 05);The TCM symptom score in the three groups decreased significantly after treatment ( P<0. 05) . Conclusions The combination of TCM and western medicine shows significant effects in the treatment of vascular dementia, which could improve the survival rate and quality of life, and reduce the social and family economic and psychological burden.
