清单式健康教育在老年肠镜检查中的应用效果

     

摘要

目的 探讨清单式健康教育对老年肠镜检查者肠道准备质量的影响及临床意义. 方法 选择我院门诊接受肠镜检查的老年病人431例,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予清单式健康教育,对照组给常规肠镜检查指导,观察并比较2组病人肠道清洁度和小息肉检出率及肠镜检查时间. 结果 干预组肠道波士顿肠道评分及小息肉检出率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组进镜时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但在检查过程中2组病人的退镜时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 清单式健康教育能有效提高老年病人肠镜检过程中肠道的视野清晰度和缩短检查时间,更易于提高小息肉检出率,值得临床推广和应用.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect and influence of list type health education on bowel preparation quality for colonoscopy in the elderly. Methods 431 elderly patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group randomly. The intervention group was treated with list type health education. The control group received conventional bowel preparation. The bowel cleanness,detection rate of small polyp and check time were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the intervention group showed significantly low scores in Boston bowel preparation scale scores and higher detection rate of small polyp(P<0.05). The time of enter was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in the time of exit between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The list type health education can not only effectively improve the clarity and vision of colonoscopy and shorten the examination time, but also improve the detection rate of small polyps in elderly patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
