丹芪通脉胶囊联合神经节苷脂在老年脑梗死恢复期的应用效果

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of Danqi Tongmai capsule combined with ganglioside in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 113 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group ( 56 cases) and control group ( 57 cases) . They were both given conventional treatment. Patients in control group were given ganglioside on the basis of conventional treatment. Patients in observation group were additionally given Danqi Tongmai Capsule on the basis of control group. The scores of activity of daily life ( ADL) and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale ( NIHSS) were recorded and compared. And the blood flow index and the levels of lipid were detected and compared. Results ADL score increased significantly and NIHSS significantly decreased after treatment in both groups. After treatment, NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, ADL score was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0. 05) . Hemorrheology and blood lipids were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment. And the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group ( P<0. 05) . Conclusions Danqi Tongmai Capsule combined with ganglioside in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has good effect, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的 观察丹芪通脉胶囊结合神经节苷脂在老年脑梗死恢复期的应用效果.方法 将113例老年脑梗死恢复期病人随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(57例).2组病人均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予神经节苷脂,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹芪通脉胶囊,记录并比较2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、血流变指标(包括血浆粘度、全血粘度、红细胞比容)和血脂(包括甘油三脂、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白)的变化.结果 2组治疗后ADL评分明显提高,NHISS评分显著降低;观察组治疗后NHISS评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).2组病人治疗后的血流变和血脂均显著改善,观察组的改善更明显(P<0.05).结论 丹芪通脉胶囊联合神经节苷脂治疗老年脑梗死恢复期病人效果好,可在临床推广应用.
