基于单片机的陀螺测斜仪的数据采集系统设计实现

             

摘要

陀螺测斜仪在石油勘探、测量井斜参数方面应用广泛,且具有精度高、体积小等特点,日益受到业界青睐。针对陀螺测斜仪模拟信号转换数字信号的需求,本文研究了一种基于单片机的陀螺测斜仪数据采集系统。系统由DSP作为解算芯片、单片机作为控制器,数据采集电路、A/D转换模块以及相应的接口电路组成。测试结果表明,设计的数据采集系统精度高、速度快,稳定性好,能够达到现在的工程应用要求,具有一定的工程应用价值。%The gyroscope inclinometer is widely used in oil exploration, measure the deviation of parameters, and its precision is high, its volume is smal .It has been widely usded in the industrial filed. Because of the requirement which the analog signal to digital signal, the paper introduces a kind of acquisition system which can measure data based on MCU. The system consists of DSP as the solution chip, microcontrol er as control er, data acquisition circuit, A/D conversion module and the corresponding interface circuit. The test results show that, the design of data acquisition system has high accuracy, fast speed, good stability, and can meet the requirements of engineering application, has certain engineering application value.
