济钢400m2烧结机主抽风机喘振的分析与处理

摘要

jinan 400 m2 sintering machine supporting adopted two domestic main exhauster, one of them put into production after the surge phenomenon. This article analysis the surge is due to the fan rotor don't adapt to partition the flue design, replace the imported the fan rotor after the surge phenomenon is eliminated. Therefore, the main exhaust blower under the working conditions of flue partition, combined with the actual production, improve the design level of homemade fan rotor is necessary.%济钢400m2烧结机配套采用了二台国产主抽风机，其中一台投产后产生了喘振现象。本文分析认为喘振是由于风机转子不适应分区烟道设计引起的，更换进口风机转子后喘振现象消除。因此，主抽风机在烟道分区工况条件下，结合生产实际，探索提高国产风机转子的设计水平显得尤为必要。
