Driver IC内阻与LCD V-T特性的匹配性研究

             

摘要

随着液晶显示屏(LCD)行业发展及客户需求标准的提高,会对LCD显示画质及Gamma值的要求较为严谨。目前关于Driver IC的应用是通过功能性做选取的,而对于IC内阻与当前液晶V-T的匹配性没有做着重的关注,造成匹配性变差,在画质及Gamma值、Gamma曲线等方面做不到优化。本文从Driver IC内阻与LCD V-T特性的匹配性出发,介绍了目前遇到的一些匹配不佳造成的现象分析及关于如何计算Driver IC内阻,才能使其更好的搭配LCD V-T特性,使其匹配性最佳。%With the development of liquid crystal display (LCD) industry standard enhancement and customer demand, on the LCD display quality and the requirements of the Gamma value is more rigorous. At present about the application of Driver IC is made by functional selection, and for IC internal resistance and the current LCD V-T fit to do focus on attention, make the gender matchs is poorer, the in terms of quality and Gamma value, Gamma curve to do optimization. This article from the Driver IC V-T fit the characteristic of the internal resistance and LCD, introduces the encounter some poor matching analysis of the phenomenon and about how to calculate the Driver IC internal resistance, to make it better with LCD V-T features, to make it fit the best.
