良好的教学效果是每位教师不断的追求,不同的教学内容只有采取与之相适应的教学模式,才能相得益彰。本文将中餐服务课程内容划分为陈述性知识、服务技能、服务意识、餐饮服务程序四个知识模块,提出针对不同的模块知识采用不同的教学模式,增强教学效果。%Good teaching efficiency is the relentless pursuit of every teacher. In order to promote the mutual coordination between curriculums and teaching methods, it wil be necessary to adopt different approaches according to the teaching contents. In the article, the course content of Chinese catering is further divided into four sections: declarative knowledge, service skills, service consciousness and the procedure of catering. We wil discuss different teaching patterns for different sections to improve the teaching efficiency.
