The calibration of electronic transfer's digital output is a very important part for the reliable operation of intelligent substation. According to IEC61850-9-2LE, an online calibration and monitoring system is developed, which can be applied to the mass calibration for electro-transformer, digital output, as well as the on-line monitoring in the operation. The system is developed using C++ and C # language, which avoids reliance on third party commercial software. A bi-peak spectrum correction method of FFT algorithm is introduced, which effectively decreases the measurement error caused by non-synchronous sampling and Fourier transform. The accuracy and reliability of the system are proved by simulation.%在智能变电站的可靠运行中,电子式互感器的数字输出校验是非常重要的环节.依据IEC61850-9-2LE规约,构建了一套电子式互感器的校验与在线监测系统,可用于生产中电子互感器数字输出的大批量校验与运行中的在线监测.系统完全用C++、C#语言开发,避免对国外商业软件的依赖;并引入了FFT的双峰谱线修正算法,有效地减了非同步采样和傅里叶变化引起的测量误差.通过实验仿真证明了本系统的可靠性与精确度.
