基于杆塔结构力学测量的线路覆冰在线监测系统研究

             

摘要

近年来我国输电线路冰灾日益严重,准确监测线路覆冰情况,进而采取防冰、除冰措施对系统安全运行具有重要作用.以国内已有的传统架空线路的覆冰力学模型为基础,提出基于不同杆塔结构力学测量元件的特点,分别建立适合耐张塔-耐张塔与直线塔-直线塔输电线覆冰监测模型.模型综合利用拉力、导线和绝缘子倾角等参数且考虑风偏影响,其中直线塔-直线塔覆冰模型通过风偏平面内竖直方向上的静力学受力平衡计算覆冰厚度.现场运行结果表明,两种模型均能准确监测输电线路的覆冰情况,并正确做出覆冰告警.%In recent years, icing accidents of overhead transmission lines are more and more serious in China. The accurate ice monitoring is imperative because it could provide reliable information to anti-icing and deicing. In this paper, different icing monitoring models fitting for strain tower- strain tower and tangent tower-tangent tower are established based on the traditional icing mechanical model and the characteristics of mechanics measurement component of different tower structures. The reasonable parameters including tension, conductor, insulator dip angle as well as the influence of windage yaw are comprehensively considered in the models. Mechanical parameters of conductors are transformed into the new coordinates' plane with deviation angle in the tangent tower model. The models are applied to the online-monitoring system which includes monitoring and alarm functions. Field experiences show that the accuracy of the two models is satisfied.
