计及设备邻近动作影响的电力系统无功优化调度

             

摘要

To avoid the equipment operated frequently and too much equipment adjusted in dynamic optimal reactive power dispatch, dynamic readjusting cost which consists of using time and action frequency of equipment is proposed, which considers influence of devices' neighboring action. Then add it into the optimization model to create a more useful new model of dynamic reactive power optimization. Firstly, according to the investment and using time of equipment, calculate basic readjusting cost. After that use zero interference cycle as equipment actions' interactional threshold time interval to get the dynamic adjusting cost. And put it into the objective function of dynamic optimal reactive power dispatch, keeping coordination between cutting of the power losses and reducing of the operation times. The simulation result shows that, for the same load changing and in the context of getting similar optimization results, the method in this paper reduces action times obviously, making the dispatch more reasonable and economic.%为避免电网动态无功优化调度中参与调节的设备过多和动作过频繁,考虑设备邻近动作间的影响,提出由设备使用时间及调节频率构成的动态调节代价,建立了一种更加实用的动态无功优化新模型.首先根据设备投资及当前使用年限等数据计算基准调节代价,然后提出以零干涉周期作为设备动作相互影响的时间间隔阈值,进而得到动态调节代价,并将其引入动态无功优化调度的目标函数中,使网损降低和控制设备操作次数减少之间达到协调.仿真算例表明,对于同样的负荷变化,所提方法在取得相近的优化效果的前提下,显著减少了设备的动作次数,使无功优化调度具有更好的合理性和经济性.
