变态混凝土应用及施工技术

摘要

变态混凝土是在碾压混凝土摊铺施工后铺洒灰浆而形成的具有一定塌落度的富浆混凝土,用插入式振捣器振动密实,形成具有常规混凝土特征的混凝土.变态混凝土的应用,简化了施工过程,加快了工程进度,缩短了工期,从而使碾压混凝土快速筑坝施工技术的优势得到了更为充分的发挥.结合工程实例,探讨变态混凝土在工程中应用的施工技术,提出施工质量控制关键.%Distorted concrete is an innovation and development of the construction technology compared to roller compacted concrete (RCC) in China, this technology has successfully overcome the difficulties of roller compaction, and solved the problem of construction interference along the surrounding of concrete form, abutment and bank slope, corridors and holes. It has upgraded the degree of mechanization, enabled the full performance of rapid and economical field work in RCC construction.
