可移动式相变蓄热装置智能控制系统设计

摘要

Through the analysis made on the characteristics of mobile phase change heat stroage device ,the concept and principle for the design of control system for mobile phase change heat stroage device are determined herein. This paper desins the PLC electric control cabinet. PLC by collecting diffferent measuring signal to control the corresponding electrical valve, so as to realize heat stroage ,transport,heating three stages of the automotic control requiremnets. It will improve the work efficiency and product quality, and can simplify the operation..%通过分析可移动式相变蓄能供热系统的特点，确定了可移动式相变蓄能供热控制系统设计思路和设计原则。本文设计了PLC电控柜，通过采集系统不同位置的测点信号，控制相应的电磁阀、电动调节阀，实现系统蓄能、运输、供热三个阶段的自动控制流程，从而提高工作效率，提高产品品质，并能简化操作。
