一种新型回馈式串联超级电容器组均压策略

     

摘要

The advantage and disadvantage of the common-used energy-consumption and feedback voltage equalization circuits for series-connected supercapacitors are analyzed.A new feedback equalization strategy based on flyback stepup converter is proposed, which has both simple structure and high efficiency .This strategy uses the voltage balance between the feedback branch and the series-connected supercapacitors to transfer energy and could achieve equalization when certain quantity of the supercapacitors reaches preset terminal voltage. The current feedback operation procedure is analyzed.The module of the strategy is built and the practicability of the strategy is proved.%现有的能量回馈型串联超级电容器组均压方法需额外的检测及控制电路,结构较为复杂,而能耗型均压方法效率低且不适合大功率场合.这里提出一种新型的基于反激升压变换器回馈型串联超级电容器组均压策略,利用反馈回路和超级电容器组之间的压差进行电流回馈,可在一定比例的超级电容器达到设定电压门限时起到均压作用.对电流回馈过程进行了分析和建模,分析了该策略的适用条件,并通过仿真和样机实验进行了验证,结果表明该方法具有结构简单、效率高的特点,因此应用价值较高.
