The essay introduces a project to maximize frequency and minimize size of DC/DC power module by studying the technique of transformer rest/clamp, ZVS, synchronous rectification technology, planar transformer and thermal design,develops a DC/DC power module with input 36~72 V,output 5 V/100 W.It can get 300 kHz frequency,95% efficiency and size 58 mmx40 mmxl2.7 mm.This project solves the key technical problem to improve power density of DC/DC power module.%通过对变压器磁复位/箝位技术、零电压开关(ZVS)技术、同步整流技术(SRT)、平面变压器设计以及热设计的研究与分析,提出了DC/DC模块电源向高频化、小型化发展的解决方案,并在此基础上研制了一款36~72V输入,5V/100W输出的DC/DC模块电源,其工作频率300 kHz,最高效率达到95%,而外形尺寸仅有58 mm×40 mm×12.7 mm.该项研究从根本上解决了影响DC/DC模块电源向高功率密度发展的技术瓶颈.
