新型单相光伏并网逆变器的研制

         

摘要

In order to meet the needs of small household single-phase power system,a 6 Kw single-phase photovoltaic grid inverter is developed.It is based on the bipolar type topological structure. By adopting Boost circuit to meet a wide range of DC input voltage, in switching frequency low conditions, with single polarity frequency-doubling SPWM wave modulate method,the inverter's output current waveform THD meets specified requirements.The control system adopts double-loops control strategy.The experiment results show that the proposed method has good stability and dynamic current tracking performance.%为满足小型家用单相光伏发电系统的需求,研制了一台6 kW单相光伏并网逆变器.该逆变器前级采用Boost电路,后级采用全桥逆变电路.全桥逆变电路采用单极性倍频正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)调试方式,使逆变器在开关频率较低的条件下,输出电流波形畸变率能满足相关标准要求.逆变器控制系统采用基于比例谐振(PR)控制器的电流环及电压环控制方式.实验证明,采用该方法可获得良好的稳定性和动态电流跟踪性能.
