α-超分位数约束的含风电场电网安全节能调度

         

摘要

In order to measure the uncertainty risk of the system,a-superquantile theory is introduced.A new security index;risk degree of the line active power load is proposed,considering security of the power system in the view of unsafe operation. Discretization of the risk function is realized by Monte Carlo simulation. A security energy-saving generation dispatch model is constructed by the way of taking security as constraint, and energy-saving as the objec tion function.The advantage of this method is showed by calculating and analysising a 6 node illustrative system,be sides, the last conclude demonstrates that the model proposed is reasonable and effective.%文中引入α-超分位数理论,度量在风电并网后系统的不确定性风险.提出了支路的有功负载风险度这一安全指标,从系统运行不安全的概率角度,考虑系统的安全问题,采用蒙特卡洛模拟法将风险函数离散化,将安全作为约束条件,以节能减排为目标,构建了含风电场的电力系统安全节能调度模型.通过对简单六节点系统的算例进行计算和分析,表明所提出方法的优点.
