速调管阴极刚性调制器充电电源的设计

         

摘要

对刚性调制器和线性调制器进行了比较,因刚性调制器的性能更好,决定将原线性调制器改为刚性调制器,并重新研制充电电源;介绍了速调管阴极刚性调制器的技术指标,罗列了选择充电电源的最佳方案即高频逆变式充电方式的原因.为了满足调制器要求的输入电压大范围的变化,电源采用二级变换器,即Buck+高频逆变充电的拓扑形式;分别对Buck变换器和高频逆变充电电源主要元器件的设计方法进行了理论推导和重点论述,并给出了实际参数,最后阐述了电源控保电路及电源电磁兼容性设计的设计理念,给出了电源实验波形,电源效率达90%,实验结果充分证明该Buck+高频逆变充电的二级电源是一种很好的充电电源拓扑形式.%Hard modulator and linear modulator are compared, because the hard modulator has better performance, the original linear modulator is replaced with hard modulator,and a new charging power supply is designed. This paper introduces the klystron cathode hard modulator specifications, lists a selection reason of the best charging power supplyhigh frequency inverter charging, in order to meet the modulation requirements of a wide range of input voltage change, power supply is with two converter: Buck+high-frequency inverter topology; it focuses on how to design the primary component of Buck convertor and high frequency inverter charging power supply, and actual parameters are given,it describes the design ideas on control, protect and EMC of power supply at last, the experimental waveforms of the power supply are given. The efficiency of the power supply is higher,reaches 90% .The experimental results demonstrate that power supply with two converters:Buck+high-frequency inverter is a good form of the charging power supply topologies.
