A dual-interleaved Boost converter is presented with zero-voltage switching (ZVS) for applications in electric vehicle power trains. The topology has an input inducttor and an interphase transformer(IPT).A high flux core can be used for the inductor whilst a ferrite material with low core losses and distributed gap can be used for the IPT to minimise the AC copper losses. By using an appropriate differential inductance value for the IPT,the converter achieves transitions with ZVS in the devices. The ZVS operation is achieved over a large range of duty-ratios and load conditions,and the switching frequency is constant. Furthermore the circuit inherently offers the possibility of bi-direc-tional power flow.The theory is validated by a 40 kW topology.%提出一种应用于电动汽车动力的采用零电压开关(ZVS)技术的双交错式升压变换器.该拓扑采用一个输入电感和一个相间变压器(IPT),电感采用高磁密铁心,IPT采用一种带分布式气隙的铁氧体磁芯,可最大限度地减少交流铜耗.为IPT选择适当的电感值,变换器可实现ZVS转换.该变换器可以工作在大范围变化的占空比和负载条件下,并保持开关频率恒定,而且该电路可实现功率的双向流动.最后通过一台40 kw的样机对理论分析进行验证.
