With the development of high frequency of the power electronic devices, passive lossless snubber circuit is widely concerned by using less components,simple structure and convenient control.This paper designs a 1 kW novel non-minimum voltage stress (NMVS) passive lossless snubber circuit based on Buck converter, analyses the working principle, describes the working condition of each phase, designs the circuit parameter. The experimental results verify that the circuit provides zero-current-switching and zero-voltage-switching conditions for turning on and off,it can reduce switching loss effectively and improve the efficiency of conversion.%随着电力电子器件高频化的发展,无源无损缓冲电路由于使用元器件少,结构简单,控制方便而得到广泛关注.这里设计了一种新型的非最小电压应力(NMVS)无源无损缓冲电路,分析了电路的工作原理,阐述了各阶段的工作情况,设计了电路的参数,并基于Buck电路搭建了一个1 kW的NMVS无源无损缓冲电路进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,NMVS无源无损缓冲电路实现了Buck电路中开关管的零电流开通与零电压关断,可有效降低开关损耗,提高系统转换效率.
