基于DSP150V/50Hz高品质单相逆变电源的设计

摘要

针对某型导弹供电电压精度高、频率波动小的特殊要求,采用TMS320LF2407A型DSP为主控芯片、全桥逆变智能功率模块(IPM)为主电路、SPWM为控制方法研制了一个150 V/50 Hz高品质单相逆变电源.应用积分分离式数字PID调节器提高了电源动态响应速度和输出电压的品质,使得电源在额定负载(15 A)时,输出电压和频率的稳定度分别达到1%和0.03%.实际应用结果表明,该电源具有硬件电路简单,输出波形品质高,输出电压稳定,动态性能好等优点.%Aiming at the requirements of high accuracy in output voltage and small fluctuations in output frequency of a missile's power supply.A 150 V/50 Hz high-quality single-phase inverter is developed.The DSP controller chip is TMS320LF2407A, and the main circuit is full-bridge inverter intelligent power module(IPM), and SPWM control method is used. The integral separation PID digital regulator is used. So the stability,the accuracy of the output voltage and the dynamic response are improved greatly.The stabilty of output voltage and output frequency reach 1％ and 0.03％at the same time when the output current is 15 A.The practical application show that the power supply has the advantages of simple-circuit, high-quality output-waveform, high-stability output-voltage, fast dynamic and so on.
