基于EPWM的不对称六电平逆变器研究

             

摘要

The topology of a single-phase hybrid asymmetric 6-level inverter is researched.A 3-level haff-bridge unit and a half-bridge unit are cascaded to form this new kind of inverter's topology.The EPWM control method is proposed considering the construction of the inverter, and the circuit for filtering harmonic waves is connected to the output of the load. Finally this inverter is simulated and experimented through the Matlab and DSP hardware platform Both of them have ideal waveform of output which shows the feasibility of the construction and the choose of the EPWM control is reasonable. Meanwhile, the join of the circuit for filtering harmonic waves make the waveform smoother,which shows that the circuit brings an expect effect.%研究了一种单相不对称混合6电平逆变器的拓扑结构,该新型逆变器拓扑结构通过一个两电平半桥单元及一个三电平半桥单元级联获得.针对该拓扑结构采用了阶梯波等脉冲宽度调制(Equal Pulse Width Modulation,简称EPWM)的控制方法,并在负载端加入了滤波电路.运用DSP硬件平台对该单相不对称逆变器进行了实验验证,两种方法输出波形均很理想.证明了该结构的可行性及控制方法选用的合理性,同时加入负载端滤波电路,使输出波形更平滑,说明了滤波电路发挥了预期作用.
