基于布尔矩阵的列车牵引变流器故障诊断

         

摘要

To diagnose the fault of train traction inverter online accurately and timely,for the unique parallel structure of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) inverter circuit,a diagnostic method of IGBT open fault in inverter circuit is put forward.This method collect three-phase voltage and parallel IGBT voltage drop,compare them with their thresholds respectively,and store the results in Boolean matrix respectively,compare these two matrices to judge whether they match with each other,transform the matrix to a decimal sequence,and compare the sequence to fault sequence to diagnose the position of fault.The algorithm does not depend on the complex mathematical transformation,the time complexity is low,the Boolean matrix is used to solve the problem of large storage space,which can effectively improve the diagnosis speed.%为及时准确地在线诊断列车牵引变流器故障,针对列车独特的并联绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)逆变电路结构,提出一种牵引变流器IGBT开路故障诊断方法.该方法采集三相电压和并联IGBT电压降,分别与各自阈值对比后存入各自的布尔矩阵;对比两个矩阵是否匹配;将矩阵转化为十进制序列,与故障序列对比,诊断故障位置.该算法不依赖复杂的数学变换,时间复杂度低;采用布尔矩阵解决了矩阵存储空间大的问题,能有效提高诊断速度.
