Vienna整流器输出电容纹波电流决定输出电容的选型和温升,通常采用估算或仿真的方法进行计算,存在误差大或复杂、不直观等缺点.通过对三相四线制Vienna整流器工作原理的分析,推导出了直流母线电容电流有效值的计算公式,与仿真及实验结果的验算进行比较,误差在5%以内,具有简单、精确等优点,可直接用于直流母线电容的设计.%The ripple current through the output capacitors in Vienna rectifier determines the output capacitance selection and the thermal performance.The conventional methods,like estimation or simulation,usually suffer from poor accuracy or high complexity.By analyzing the operation principle of a three-phase four-wire Vienna rectifier,a simple expression for the direct current-link capacitor RMS calculation is derived.The error between the calculated results and digital simulated and experimented results is within 5%.The simple expression presented is simple and accuracy over the conventional methods.It can be directly used for DC-link capacitor design of Vienna rectifiers.
