基于状态观测器的电解电容在线状态监测方法

摘要

基于状态观测器原理,提出了一种用于电解电容的在线状态监测方法.该方法可以在线估测电解电容中电容和等效串联电阻(ESR)的值,而无需将电解电容从应用系统中拆解出来.该方法在应用时,无需额外增加硬件,即可达到很高的估测精度.由该方法估测得到的电容和等效串联电阻值,可以用于预测电解电容的剩余有效寿命,为提前检修提供合理的时间安排.通过仿真分析和实验,验证了所提方法的有效性.实验结果显示,该方法可得到相对误差小于3％的高精度结果.%An online condition monitoring method is presented for electrolytic capacitors health condition based on state observer method. With the method, both capacitance and equivalent series resistor(ESR) of an electrolytic capacitor can be estimated online without disassembling capacitors from power converter systems. The method is with high precision without any additional hardware. The estimated capacitance and equivalent series resistor can be used to predict the rest useful lifetime of the electrolytic capacitors and provide the suitable time for preventive maintenance. The proposed method was verified by both simulation analysis and experiment. Experimental results shown high precision results with relative error of less than 3％.
