级联式电能质量发生装置整流侧控制策略研究

         

摘要

H-bridge cascade is the typical topology of high-voltage and large-capacity power quality generator, each phase is consist of many back-to-back converters, the performance of device is determined by the state of direct current voltage. Because generator need to feedback the electrical energy to grid and output voltage is accompanied by power quality. Direct current voltage stability control of the converter is more difficult than other converter devices. The method of power decouple combined with proportional integral (PI) control is adopted to stable direct current voltage andthe input power factor is ensured to be 1 at the same time. Simulation and experimental results show that this method had good restrain effect on direct current voltage fluctuation of four-quadrant converter, and made sure power quality generator equipped with good performance.%H桥级联是高压大容量电能质量发生装置的典型拓扑,每相由多个背靠背整流逆变器串联而成,直流电压的状态直接决定整个装置的性能.由于装置需要向电网回馈能量,输出电压自身带有电能质量问题,因此与其他变流装置相比,整流逆变器直流电压的稳定控制难度更大.在此采用功率解耦控制联合比例积分(PI)控制方法,在稳定直流电压的同时确保输入功率因数为1.仿真和实验结果表明,该方法对四象限运行的整流逆变电路的直流电压波动有较好的抑制效果,使得电能质量发生装置具有良好的整体性能.
