In order to optimize steel structure design of RTC4 enhance competition of product, finite element analysis on two diffirent doorframe structure with ANSYS software are carried out. Calculating parameters and load of two models under same condition and building up of finite element model for steel structure are introduced. The results shows that the new frame is better than old one both in rigidity and intensity. Meanwhile new structure can save steel, reduce cost and raise comfort for driving%为了优化RTG的钢结构设计,提高产品竞争力,利用ANSYS软件对两种不同形式的门架结构进行有限元分析。介绍同等条件下两种模型计算参数及载荷和钢结构有限元模型的建立。介绍了有限元计算分析。结果显示新型门架的整体刚度、强度优于传统门架。同时新型结构节约了钢材、降低了成本、提高了驾驶的舒适度。
