散货码头皮带机系统布袋除尘与干雾抑尘的应用比较

简要介绍目前国内主要散货码头皮带机除尘系统的应用情况，分析布袋除尘和干雾抑尘系统的工作原理、技术特点和适用范围等的区别，分别针对采用布袋除尘和干雾抑尘的皮带机系统的典型工况，以及除尘系统的设备配置、装机容量和工程投资等进行技术经济比较，可供同类散货码头皮带机除尘系统的设计和施工参考。%It is introduced briefly the application of belt conveyor de-dust system in domestic bulk-cargo terminal. Analysis is also made for the differences of operating principle, technical characteristics and applicability between bag-type dust collection system and dry fog de-dust system. As for the above two belt conveyor de-dust systems, the equipment configuration, installed capacity and engineering investment are compared in the aspects of technology and economy under classic work-condition, which will provide references for the design and construction of belt conveyor de-dust system in like bulk-cargo terminals.
