南通港吕四港区“挖入式”港池的总体布置

         

摘要

Based on oceanographic data,sediment observation data and model testing result, full discussion is made to determine the feasibility of onshore continuous quays built on the radial sandbanks at Nantong Port Lusi Harbor. The general layout plan of large dredged-in basin is put forward, which updates the traditional layout of offshore quays with wide marginal bank and long trestle. The above plan will develop local deep-water shoreline and beach resources effectively, promote harmonious development of port and port industries, and provide references for the port construction of Jiangsu-north-coast radial sandbanks.%根据多年的水文、泥沙观测资料和模型试验研究成果,深入探讨在南通港吕四港区这类古辐射沙洲地区建近岸式连片码头的可能性,提出建设大型“挖入式”港池的工程设想和总体布置方案。该方案突破了传统意义上“宽边滩、长栈桥”的离岸式码头布置型式,有效开发利用当地的深水岸线和滩涂土地资源,促进港口与临港产业的协调发展创造了有利条件,为苏北海岸辐射沙洲地区的港口建设提供了新思路。
